contractors.

Performance
of legal obligations:

receipt, storage of sales and purchase invoices,
- issuance,
receipt, storage of claim forms,
- issuance,
receipt, storage of accounting records,
- receipt,
provision, storage of goods attestations,
- receipt,
storage of VAT statements.

Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

time period based on regulations.
2. Conclusion
and execution of contracts, orders, purchase orders

Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Period:
duration of the contract or order, and thereafter the period after
which claims become time-barred, or in the case of a claim by or
against us for the duration of the proceedings.
3. Our
legitimate interest:
– establishment,
protection, investigation of our claims or claims against us,
– verification
of payment reliability,
– obtaining
data from public registers (CEIDG, KRS, GUS, US, VIES, etc.),
– creation
of statistics, analyses, compilations for the company’s own needs.

of the GDPR.

duration of the contract or order, and thereafter the period after
which claims become time-barred, or in the case of a claim by or
against us for the duration of the proceedings.

of recipients to whom we transfer your personal data
Entities
cooperating with us in the following services: accounting, tax,
accounting, human resources, legal, consulting, etc.
2. Authorized
employees of our company.
3. Postal
and courier operators – if necessary for the purpose of sending a
letter or goods.
4. Entities
conducting payment activities (banks, payment institutions) – if
necessary for the purposes of payment, refunds, claims.
5. Entities
purchasing receivables – in case of non-payment of our
receivables.
6. Public
institutions: courts, police, prosecutor’s office, bailiffs, tax
offices, Social Security, PIP, PIH, etc. – in case we demand or
assert our receivables and claims.
IV - Your
rights
You
have the right to submit a request – always in writing with
acknowledgment of receipt (in person, by letter or e-mail), regarding
your personal data for:
– data
access,
– rectification
and correction of data,
– limitation
of data processing,
– deletion
of unwarrantedly processed data,
– data
transfer,
– withdrawal
of consent to the processing and storage of data,
– filing
an objection.
You
also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the
Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the
processing of your personal data violates the law.
